Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. ​​
Q: Do I need to be present during the shooting?​​​​​​
Not necessarily, but someone must ensure access to the property. A lockbox code or agent on-site works fine.

Q: What if the property isn't ready?​​​​​​
We recommend the property be clean, decluttered, and staged before our arrival. We do not provide cleaning services.​

Q: Can I request edits or revisions?​​​​​​
Yes, we allow minor edits (like exposure or sky replacements) within 3 business days. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Drone Services
Q: Are your drone pilots licensed?
​Yes, all drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified and insured pilots.

Q: Can you fly drones anywhere?​​​​​​
We comply with FAA airspace regulations. Some locations may require special waivers or may be restricted.

Q: What if it's too windy or rainy on the shoot day?​​​​​​
Drone flights are weather-dependent. We'll reschedule at no extra charge if conditions aren't safe.
